We are a family owned and operated business, located in Lake Villa, Illinois, about 45 minutes north of Chicago. We offer the Kidorable line at very competitive prices. The employees and owners of kidsrainwear.com have extensive Fortune 500 backgrounds in management, customer service, and retail. Customer service is very important to us, and we pride ourselves on our ability to be flexible with regards to our customer's needs. *I've never ordered online before, is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely! All order pages are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption. Our shopper's credit card information is encrypted in their web browser, when it is sent to our hosting company's servers, and finally when it is sent from their servers to us. What does that mean? Your information is safe with us.
* Will you be offering other product lines other than Kidorable in the future?
We are always on the lookout for new and unique products to offer through our site. At this time, there are several manufacturers who have approached us regarding offering our products through our company, and we are in the process of evaluating their products. As well, if you or someone you know creates children's apparel or a complimentary product and would like to offer it for sale, please contact customer service to inquire about offering your product for sale with us.
* Who do you use for shipping?
Currently, UPS is our primary shipping partner. However, we do offer to ship products via USPS, and have in the past, to those who request it. We are very flexible, so if you have a preference, please do not hesitate to ask. If it can be done, we'll get it accomplished.
* Your site states "shipping and tax may be added to your order", what does that mean?
First, shipping varies depending on region, dollar amount ordered, and weight of the product. Obviously, the heavier your product, the more you order, and the further you live away from our location in the Chicago area, the more expensive your delivery may be. However, we often offer specials on shipping depending on dollar amount, so if you do not regularly visit our site, join our email list Those specials do not apply to our 2nd day and Next day shipping options, and they only apply to locations shipped within the lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign orders are not eligible for our shipping specials and shipping will be charged to your credit card on file to cover shipping charges when the order ships via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your items faster via Mail do let us know so that we can expedite the shipping method. Orders shipped via USPS often take several days to ship as this is not our preferred method. If you need it sooner than later let us know! You can always put a comment in the comment field when placing your order.
As far as tax goes, at this time the Internet is very consumer tax friendly. In general, most web merchants do not charge tax on orders placed outside of where they have a physical presence. In other words, if a company has its only location in California, and you place your order in Wisconsin, most likely you will not pay a sales tax. However, if that company also has a fulfillment center in Wisconsin, the chance you have of paying tax on your order in Wisconsin are greater. Currently, the only state which we charge tax is in Illinois.

* I just placed my order, how long will it be before I receive it?
In general, it usually takes 3-5 business days for an order to ship, not including weekends, holidays or the day the order is placed to process and ship your order from our location. There are other factors to take into consideration when to expect your order. *Time of the year. December is without doubt the busiest time for retail. Buy early to reduce the chance some items might be back-ordered.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN REQUESTING AN UPGRADED OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD THAT THIS IS FOR SHIPPING TIME ONLY AND ORDERS STILL NEED TO GO THROUGH THE NORMAL 3-4 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME. ALSO YOU CAN NOT INCLUDE THE DAY THAT AN ORDER LEAVES AND OR WEEKENDS AS SHIPPING TIME AS UPS DOES NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND CERTAIN HOLIDAYS NOR CAN YOU INCLUDE THE DAY THE ORDER LEAVES OUR LOCATION AS SHIPPING TIME. WE MAY AT TIMES ALSO CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD AT OUR DISCRETION IF SHIPPING CHARGES ON YOUR ORDER DO NOT COVER THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING.

*Product availability. Please see above. *Where you live. Since we are in the Midwest, we are able to ship pretty much anywhere with the U.S. within a very reasonable amount of time. Overseas orders will generally take longer to deliver, but we can accommodate any reasonable shipping request.
* I ordered the wrong product. Am I responsible for shipping the product back to you?
Yes. Because of this we highly suggest that you contact our customer service department before ordering if you are even the least bit unsure of the correct size to order. They are very experienced, and understand Kidorable's product very well. Should you order the wrong product, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If the problem is the result of our mistake, we will assume the shipping costs.
